The Talent Acquisition Manager leads a corporate, field-based recruiting team and ensures hiring strategies align with current and future business needs. You own recruiting execution, team performance, and results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers, use data to guide decisions, and build scalable recruiting processes that deliver strong talent outcomes. You work independently, self-manage priorities, and report directly to the Talent Acquisition Department Manager.

What would you do in this role?

Relationship Management

  • Work closely with all levels of management across all departments to determine long-term strategic hiring needs and ensure the highest level of service is provided

Leadership

  • Lead and develop the talent acquisition team to support business units and ensure KPIs are met

  • Responsible for all aspects of managing a high-volume virtual team, including but not limited to performance management, hiring, coaching, development, and workload balancing

  • Build, refine, communicate, and document processes and policies

  • Leverage data to communicate insights to drive and meet recruiting goals

  • Participate in the development and establishment of department goals, objectives, and systems that directly impact HR strategy and overall company business plans

  • Partner directly and effectively with HR management and members of other cross-functional teams to drive appropriate HR recruiting initiatives in a timely and professional manner

  • Participate in recruitment and selection activities by introducing recruiting strategies and sourcing initiatives

  • Point of escalation for talent acquisition team issues

Candidate Development

  • Develop a talent acquisition strategy to reach and attract a diverse pool of high-quality candidates

  • Evaluate candidates against job requirements, engage candidates in the opportunity, and present qualified candidates

Metrics

  • Monitor Talent Acquisition productivity reports and scorecards

  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to provide TA insights and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual hiring goals

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4 Yr. Degree (Business/HR/Marketing) or equivalent work experience

  • In lieu of a degree, a high school diploma or equivalency, and 4 - 6 years of management experience in one of the following areas: Business Management, Retail, and/or Agency experience, high-volume recruiting a plus

  • Demonstrated experience defining and implementing sourcing strategies

  • Experience managing a mid-size virtual team

  • Experience working in an ATS and CRM, such as Workday and Phenom People, is highly desirable

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines

  • Comfortable holding teams accountable to metrics and outcomes

  • Capability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

  • Able to sit for extended periods of time

  • Ability to travel 10% of the time annually

  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
