A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager<\/b> to provide strategic leadership and oversight of recruiting operations across a multi -facility regional network. This senior -level position plays a critical role in aligning recruitment strategies with organizational growth, patient care priorities, and workforce development initiatives.
<\/p>

This role is ideal for a seasoned talent acquisition leader with extensive healthcare recruitment experience who thrives on driving strategy, building pipelines, and leading high -performing teams.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/h3>
  • Develop and implement enterprise -wide talent acquisition strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and workforce needs.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Provide strategic direction and operational leadership to a team of hospital and regional recruitment professionals.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Build strong pipelines through partnerships with educational institutions, community programs, and workforce development initiatives.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Partner with executive leadership, HR, and hiring managers to understand staffing priorities and deliver recruitment solutions that meet business outcomes.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Oversee compliance with all applicable employment and healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Establish and maintain metrics and performance dashboards to measure recruiting effectiveness and process efficiency.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion recruitment programs and ensure Affirmative Action compliance.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Coordinate with government agencies and legal counsel for hiring and transferring foreign national or expatriate employees (including visa processing and tax filings).
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Develop recruiter training programs to enhance capabilities across the organization.
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Qualifications<\/b>
    <\/h3>
    • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
      <\/p><\/li>

    • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience<\/b>, and at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Previous experience in healthcare recruiting strongly preferred.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Must reside in the Houston, TX area.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong understanding of employment law, healthcare compliance, and organizational development.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • MediClear or equivalent HIPAA compliance certification required.
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
