Responsibilities
  • Lead and optimize global TA operations, ensuring seamless, scalable, and compliant processes across regions.
  • Evaluate and implement cutting-edge technologies, including AI-driven tools, to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Manage global vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and service excellence.
  • Drive compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to global hiring standards and regulations.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and analytics to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Champion employer branding initiatives and global referral programs to attract top-tier talent.
  • Collaborate with global talent leaders to co-create the future of external talent acquisition, embedding innovation and agility.
  • Promote a holistic solution mindset by integrating systems, processes, and people strategies for end-to-end talent lifecycle success.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in talent acquisition, AI, and workforce planning to proactively shape future strategies.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in global talent acquisition operations, with a strong track record of innovation and process improvement.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment technologies, including AI applications in sourcing, screening, and analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage global vendor partnerships and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience collaborating across diverse, global teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering holistic talent solutions.
