The HR team is looking for a Temporary HR Coordinator who will be working with the HR team in our Santa Clara office. We need a self-motivated individual who is willing to role up their sleeves and get our files organized and filed after our move to our new offices as well as other administrative tasks to support the organization.
Organizing and filing employee files, HR documentation and the HR benefits cube
Hiring – Setting up interviews and confirming the information with candidate and managers. Setting up outlook calendar for the interviews. Working with Admin staff on travel for candidates not in the area.
New Hire – Setting up the new hire packets, employee files
Misc. Admin duties for Human Resources team

This is a part-time, temporary position at this time. Schedule will be Monday through Thursday on site, 25-30 hours per week. The rate of pay is $26 an hour.
