Description

  

PERFECT for a recent HR grad or a stay-at-home mom with HR experience who want to gain additional hands-on HR experience in a professional setting or someone looking to supplement their income. The temporary HR Generalist/Analyst Support person will help manage project-based work including scanning and file management as well as support with HR generalist and analytics responsibilities ONSITE in Prescott, AZ. 

This role will be expected to be onsite and work 20-30 hours per week during regular business hours (8am-5pm). Flexibility of hours worked can be discussed during the interview process. 

The Human Resource Administrative Support will be responsible for confidential and sensitive material. This role will work closely with the client’s HR team to support their daily HR operations. 

The duration of this position is open ended and will be based on the needs of the client. 

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Scanning of employment files and uploading scanned documents to a shared drive/HRIS.
  • Day to day support with HR operations tasks such as reporting, database      management, record keeping/audits, and other administrative responsibilities as assigned. 
  • Day to day support with benefit administration and benefit document management, as needed.
  • Provide Account Manager with regular updates on status of project and work      completed. 
  • Utilize Monday.com for project updates related to status and work completed.
  • Additional Duties as assigned.

Requirements

· Prior HR internship, office administration experience, or HR coursework required.

· Familiarity with HRIS platforms and employee databases strongly preferred.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe platforms strongly preferred.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills (phone and email) required.

· Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion required.

· Demonstrated capacity to work independently while seeking guidance when appropriate required.

· Strong organizational and time management abilities required.

· High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy required.

· Comfort with technology, including use of office equipment such as scanners and printers required.

· Reliable transportation to and from the worksite required.
