Description


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temporary HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team in transitioning paper-based personnel files into our electronic records system. This is a part-time, temporary position with a schedule of up to 28 hours per week. The assignment is project-based and will not exceed one year in duration. 

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, values accuracy, and takes pride in maintaining well-organized records.

The primary responsibility of this role is to scan and upload personnel documents, ensuring files are complete, correctly labeled, and stored securely in compliance with recordkeeping guidelines. You’ll work closely with our HR staff and play a key role in helping modernize our filing system.

Qualifications and Requirements

PREFERRED, but not required:

  • Two years of experience in general office work or completion of an Associate's degree in Administrative Office Systems, Human Resources Management, Business or a related area.
  • Previous experience in Human Resources including HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) programs, or electronic records management experience.
