We are looking for a Temporary Human Resources Assistant to join our team! The Temporary Human Resources Assistant plays a supporting role in the day to day HR functions across the company. The Temporary Human Resources Assistant provides short-term administrative support to the HR department by auditing, organizing, filing, and scanning employee records. This role ensures all personnel files are compliant, accurately maintained, and properly stored according to company and legal requirements. This position is responsible for overseeing the filing and organizing the HR office in Beverly Hills Corporate Office.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Audit

  • Review and audit approximately 50 new hire files for completeness and accuracy.
  • Create and organize folders for new hires.
  • Audit mandatory arbitration agreements for all active coworkers to ensure compliance and proper documentation.

File

  • File coworker documents in appropriate personnel files.
  • Verify coworker employment status in UKG (active or termed) to ensure documents are filed correctly.
  • Maintain organized and confidential filing systems for both active and termed employees.

Scan

  • Scan all mandatory arbitration agreements and other required documents for active coworkers.
  • Ensure scanned files are properly labeled, stored, and backed up electronically.

File Transfer & Archiving

  • Prepare and send all termed employee files from 2021–2024 to CORODATA for secure off-site storage.
  • Maintain accurate records of all files transferred.

Experience:

  • Previous administrative or HR experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
  • Experience using UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) HRIS a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Computer Skills:

PC Proficiency, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, HRIS, preferably UKG

Duration:

Temporary assignment — estimated 2 to 3 shifts a week from Monday through Thursday for 4 to 6 hours a day.

Hourly Rate- $20/hour
