Job Summary

This is a temporary position expected to run from August 2025 through January 2026. 

The purpose of this position is to coordinate for the Human Resources Department and be highly engaged with employees. This position performs a variety of administrative and customer service duties, including the delivery of recruitment and onboarding processes and training. This position requires a self-efficient, self-motivated, and customer-service oriented individual. 

Pay Rate

The hourly range is from $27.84 to $31.69, depending on experience, plus full benefits.  

This position can range from 20 to 40 hours based on applicant availability. 

*The County pays monthly on the last week day of the month.*

• Must possess a valid Colorado driver’s license.
• Must complete ICS 100 and ICS 700 within the first year of employment.

Qualifications/Education

• Two (2) years of experience in a directly related field, or in the performance of similar duties and responsibilities required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
