We are a human services nonprofit with 360 dedicated professionals and we rely on the support of more than 8,400 volunteers to deliver compassionate care to over 8,000 individuals annually through programs addressing homelessness, substance abuse, mental illness, and domestic violence. We see a community where everyone belongs, everyone has access to the services they need, and homelessness is eradicated.

Position Summary
The Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR) fosters a positive, inclusive workplace culture and ensures legal compliance while driving innovation and continuous improvement across HR functions. The VP of HR serves as a member of the senior management team, aligning HR activities with organizational strategic plans to support a dynamic, mission-driven agency. This role oversees all aspects of human resources including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, policy development, training, and HR systems.
