- 4 Day Work Week: Monday - Thursday (7am - 5:30pm)
- Hourly Pay Starting at $15.00 an Hour
- Increase to $16.00 an Hour after 90 Days

Summary:
As a CPO Associate with our team, you will be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing our product quality standards throughout their production lifecycle. Your responsibilities will involve conducting comprehensive inspections and tests at various stages to guarantee adherence to both internal quality benchmarks and specifications of our valued customers.
As a new Team member at Close the Loop, you will be trained to:
- Perform comprehensive inspections and tests on products to ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications
- Utilize technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records and repairs
- Identify and report any quality issues or defects promptly to appropriate department for corrective action
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Perform detailed functional testing and diagnostics to identify product issues
- Collaborate closely with technical support and production teams to implement quality improvements and ensure consistency in refurbishing processes
- Provide guidance and support to other team members as needed
As a new Team Member, you will add:

- Basic Technology Skills: Proficiency in using handheld scanners, computers, and other technology for order fulfillment.
- Teamwork and Communication: The ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and other logistics teams.
- Organization: The capacity to keep workspaces orderly and maintain organized inventory.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze data, identify defects in products or processes, and assist to implement effective solutions.
- Physical Requirements
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift 40+ lbs daily
- Able to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Must be able to wear ear plugs, safety glasses and steel toe shoes, if applicable.
