As an HR Generalist Intern, you will:

• Gain real-world project experience across key HR functions
• Collaborate with the Corporate HR team on initiatives in recruiting, employee engagement, and internal communications
• Develop professionally through networking events and learning opportunities
• Contribute both independently and as part of a team

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to explore the critical role HR plays in supporting enterprise-wide business strategies.

We offer competitive compensation, including a housing stipend for eligible candidates. Please note that relocation to Providence, RI is required for the duration of the program.

How you can contribute:

• Research, design, and develop solutions to assigned projects and tasks related to the human resources function
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs
• Assist in organizing and hosting employee development trainings and opportunities
• Support HR compliance efforts by helping with audits, policy updates, and documentation
• Assist with a variety of human resources processes and administration 
• Suggest potential alternatives to current processes to improve efficiency and timeliness
• Represent human resources on cross-functional teams when assigned
• Build relationships across multiple levels and areas to ensure support is readily available when needed
• Protect and maintain the privacy of employee personnel records including, but not limited to, personal and compensation information about employees
• Perform other duties as assigned

How you can qualify:

• Must be enrolled as a full-time college student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related degree program
