The Role

The Administrative HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department with a primary focus on employee onboarding, compliance tracking, and day-to-day HR administrative functions. This role helps ensure a smooth and professional experience for new hires while maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the full onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork, tracking completion of required documents, and coordinating orientation logistics
  • Ensure all onboarding and employment documentation is completed accurately and stored in employee files
  • Support compliance efforts by monitoring and tracking required certifications, licenses, training, and other regulatory documentation
  • Maintain organized and confidential employee records in HR systems and personnel files
  • Assist with employment verifications, status changes, and general employee data updates
  • Provide administrative support for HR processes such as policy acknowledgments, benefits information distribution, and internal communications
  • Respond to routine employee questions and direct more complex matters to appropriate HR team members
  • Support audits, reporting, and internal tracking related to HR compliance and recordkeeping
  • Perform additional HR and administrative duties as assigned to support department and company needs
