Are you organized, dependable, and passionate about supporting people and programs that make a real difference? Legacy Home Health Agency is seeking an HR / Client Care Coordinator to support and strengthen our Personal Assistance Services (PAS) program.

In this dual‑focused role, you’ll serve as both the people operations anchor and the program coordination heartbeat, ensuring our caregivers are supported and our clients receive timely, compassionate care. Position Overview: Bilingual HR / Client Care Coordinator

As the HR and Client Coordinator, you will support HR administrative functions while coordinating PAS operations. Your work will directly impact caregiver readiness, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and onboard new PAS attendants; collect and maintain required employment documentation
  • Maintain accurate, compliant employee files and HR records
  • Run background checks, screenings, and monitor onboarding compliance
  • Schedule and support orientations and required trainings
  • Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure uninterrupted client services
  • Communicate with clients, caregivers, field supervisors, and HR staff
  • Monitor EVV clock‑ins/outs and resolve exceptions promptly
  • Document schedule changes, service interruptions, and communications
  • Answer employee questions regarding timesheets, benefits, and training
  • Provide administrative support including reporting, data entry, calls, and paperwork

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in HR, administration, scheduling, healthcare, or home care (preferred)
  • Strong multitasking, time‑management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS, scheduling, or EVV systems a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • College coursework or healthcare supervisory experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally as needed
