Bilingual HR Coordinator - Primoris Pipeline

Our Energy recruiting team is in need of a passionate bilingual HR Coordinator to take ownership of our onboarding process for new hires within the Pipeline group. Job Description:

The HR Coordinator provides support and guidance throughout the new employee onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter all necessary information from hire paperwork into UKG.
• Compose and/or maintain all reports, badge requests, etc., as required.
• Initiates any testing/training that is required for projects.
• Guides applicants through the hiring process in accordance with Primoris policies and procedures.
• Utilizes Applicant Tracking System to move candidates through the application process and updates appointment arrival status for NHE and NHO.
• Initiates candidate onboarding and matching them to the proper requisition.
• Ensures all documents are scanned into the digital file management system.
• Assist reception desk when necessary.
• Maintain open communication with co-workers, project supervisors, field personnel, etc.
• Clarify and resolve problems; coordinate work; maintain working relationships with all.

Qualifications:

• HS diploma required.
• Prior experience working in Human Resources, Staffing, or Recruiting is preferred.
• Bilingual written/speaking.
• Knowledge of: Outlook, Word and Excel are a plus.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or other tracking and reporting systems is a plus.
• Must maintain a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to work under deadlines, be reliable, and be able to work independently.
