The role requires a proactive relationship-orientated HR professional with strong business acumen and the ability to coach leaders, manage complex employee matters, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day guidance on employee relations, performance management, manager coaching, and team effectiveness
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver integrated talent solutions in areas such as learning & development, total reward, and recruitment.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to recommend and implement data-driven solutions
  • Support change management efforts, including communication plans, org design, and restructuring initiatives
  • Foster culture of feedback, accountability and inclusion by modeling best practices and coaching leaders through challenges
  • Serve as a resource for interpreting policies, practices, and procedures, ensuring consistent and equitable application
  • Participate in investigations and recommend appropriate resolution paths in partnership with the HR director as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR) preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist capacity
  • Proven ability to build trust and influence across multiple levels of an organization
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
