Bilingual Manufacturing Trainer and HR Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual (English/Spanish) professional to join our team as a Manufacturing Trainer and HR Assistant. This hybrid role combines manufacturing training expertise with human resources support, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in training employees, supporting HR initiatives, and fostering an inclusive, bilingual workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacturing Training Assistant

• Deliver hands-on training programs for employees.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, emphasizing safety, operational procedures, and best practices.
• Maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos in both English and Spanish.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with supervisors to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training plans.

HR Assistant

• Assist with second-shift HR support, including employee relations, attendance tracking, and policy communication.
• Help maintain accurate employee records and support data entry for payroll and timekeeping systems.
• Coordinate with management to address second-shift HR needs, including conflict resolution and compliance.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs.
• Translate HR documents and communications to ensure accessibility for all employees.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Previous experience in manufacturing training or human resources, preferably in a bilingual environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively on a second-shift schedule.
• Familiarity with HR systems, payroll software, or timekeeping tools (e.g., Paylocity, ADP, or similar) is a plus.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and OSHA compliance is preferred.
