What You'll Be Doing
Lead and support HR initiatives aligned with business goals and workforce needs
Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement, performance, and development
Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution with professionalism
Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and collective bargaining agreements
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all HR practices
