What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and support HR initiatives aligned with business goals and workforce needs

  • Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement, performance, and development

  • Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution with professionalism

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and collective bargaining agreements

  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all HR practices
