Responsibilities and Qualifications Include:
This position administers all County personnel functions and programs including payroll/benefits/leaves administration, professional development and wellness, recruitment, onboarding, and participates in EHS, board clerking, labor relations and collective bargaining process in Faribault County. Other responsibilities include formulating programs, policies, special assignments and initiatives based on Faribault County needs; providing the Board with recommendations as needed. Some IT-related responsibilities are included in addition to other duties assigned.
Requires a BA/BS in Public Administration, Human Resources or related area, and at least four (4) year's previous experience in Human Resources-related management or public administration; or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties. SHRM certification or equivalent strongly preferred.
This position is a full-time, exempt position. Salary range is $97,822-133,328 per year and starting pay will be based upon qualifications and experience.
