Preferred Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience providing prosthetic and/or orthotic services.
• Experience in referral development, physician engagement, or healthcare relationship management.
• Clinical leadership or mentorship experience.
• Experience in a growing outpatient O&P clinic environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary: $75,000 annually for newly certified clinicians, with additional compensation based on experience and clinical leadership contributions.
