Required Qualifications
- ABC Certification in Prosthetics and Orthotics (CPO) required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and clinical training.
- Strong understanding of biomechanics, human anatomy, prosthetic and orthotic componentry, and rehabilitation principles.
- Ability to manage patient caseload independently while maintaining high documentation and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with patients and healthcare partners.
- Eligibility to practice in accordance with applicable state regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience providing prosthetic and/or orthotic services.
- Experience in referral development, physician engagement, or healthcare relationship management.
- Clinical leadership or mentorship experience.
- Experience in a growing outpatient O&P clinic environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: $75,000 annually for newly certified clinicians, with additional compensation based on experience and clinical leadership contributions.
