We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead our Human Resources function and drive organizational excellence. The CHRO will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company's mission, vision, and business objectives. This role oversees all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on HR-related matters and organizational development.
- Establish and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices that enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in alignment with company policies.
- Leverage HR analytics and metrics to assess workforce trends and inform decision-making.
