Vice President of Human Resources is responsible for all aspects of the human resources function related to all Dimension Development affiliated businesses. VPHR reports to the Chief Operations Officer and is based in the Corporate Office. The ideal candidate for this position will be a generalist and have experience in all aspects of HR: Training and Development, Compensation, Benefits, Transitions, Labor Relations, Employee Relations, and HR Systems and Implementation.
