Manages the content, design, execution, and life cycle of the Ulbrich corporate training program, including the Ulbrich Academy. Responsible for identifying skills gaps, developing engaging training content, and implementing learning initiatives that align with our company goals to boost productivity, performance, and employee retention. Oversee the entire training lifecycle, from onboarding to specialized skill development, utilizing both in-person and digital learning technologies.
