Responsibilities

As the Director of Financial Services and Human Resources, you will:

  • Oversee all financial operations, including billing, accounts receivable, etc.
  • Manage human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and performance management.
  • Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support the overall mission and goals of Bridgewater Park Assisted Living.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a dedicated team of professionals.

Qualifications

Business Office Director Qualifications

Candidates must possess specific educational and experience requirements such as:

  • Business Office Director Experience in an Assisted Living or SNF Required
  • Must have high school diploma or GED.
  • Ten key calculator and keyboarding.
  • Must possess knowledge of accepted accounting practices required.
  • Must have a thorough understanding of the principles Business Office policies/procedures.
  • Must have a thorough understanding of Human Resources and Labor regulations/procedures.
  • Must possess interpersonal skills and a willingness to help others.
