SUMMARY: JULIE, Inc. has an opening for a full time, Education and Online Training Manager. The position has numerous responsibilities that includes providing support to the Director of Education, designing and supporting the internal LMS (learning management system) and in-person training curriculums. This role is a hybrid scheduling arrangement with weekly opportunities to work remotely. DUTIES/QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an employee must be able to perform each of the essential duties satisfactorily:
Eligible candidates are required to have a Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Technology and/or 3-5 years relevant experience; knowledge of adult learning training programs and experience in a training and/or educational environment preferred; CPLP is a plus. Must be highly proficient in Microsoft office and an e-learning authoring tool such as, Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate. Familiarity with Adobe Create Suite and WordPress or other content management system software; demonstrated use of Artificial Intelligence tools a plus. Strong project management methodologies required. Experience in data analytics and multimedia production preferred. Must be detail oriented, excellent verbal and written communication skills; organized, resourceful, and able to solve problems independently.
