SUMMARY:  JULIE, Inc. has an opening for a full time, Education and Online Training Manager.  The position has numerous responsibilities that includes providing support to the Director of Education, designing and supporting the internal LMS (learning management system) and in-person training curriculums.  This role is a hybrid scheduling arrangement with weekly opportunities to work remotely.  JULIE offers a competitive starting pay ($70,000 - $80,000/year) including a comprehensive healthcare, dental and vision benefits plan, life insurance, retirement plan, bonus opportunities, flexible work arrangements including a 9/80 work schedule, generous time off allowances, excellent training, paid holidays, wellness program and professional development opportunities.   

DUTIES/QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an employee must be able to perform each of the essential duties satisfactorily:  

  • Manages the development, curation and continuous improvement of the education programs for online and in-person delivery platforms, including the Learning Management Systems (LMS), webinars, podcasts, gamified learning programs and support materials.  Ensures timely content delivery aligned with established learning objectives, while serving as the primary point of contact for addressing technical issues and providing user support.  
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts, internal teams and external vendors to develop engaging and relevant learning program content within established timelines.  This includes creation of scripts, storyboards, learning objectives and other curriculum components that align with strategic learning objectives.
  • Regularly audits and updates course content, curriculum and training modules to eliminate redundancy, and improve user experience. Conducts training needs assessments by analyzing stakeholder feedback and industry trends to evaluate knowledge skill gaps in learning content.
  • Develops and implements recruitment and marketing strategies for educational offerings; oversees partnership development with key industry associations to ensure effective training experiences.  

Eligible candidates are required to have a Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Technology and/or 3-5 years relevant experience; knowledge of adult learning training programs and experience in a training and/or educational environment preferred; CPLP is a plus. Must be highly proficient in Microsoft office and an e-learning authoring tool such as, Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.   Familiarity with Adobe Create Suite and WordPress or other content management system software; demonstrated use of Artificial Intelligence tools a plus.  Strong project management methodologies required.  Experience in data analytics and multimedia production preferred. Must be detail oriented, excellent verbal and written communication skills; organized, resourceful, and able to solve problems independently.
