DescriptionJOB SUMMARY
The EHR Specialist is responsible for processing all client records requests from both active and former clients as well as assisting with IT ticket systems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Understands and maintains appropriate level of confidentiality in performing tasks.
- Positively represents the Agency through appropriate interaction, personal appearance, and attitude.
- Maintains the Record Request log accurately and effectively.
- Follows protocol while transferring data both electronically and on paper.
- Offer technical support with Agency IT department and Agency Staff.
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS
Secondary functions are duties, which are not exclusive of the position, can be performed by other positions; however, they are to be performed for the efficiency of The Counseling Center, Inc.
- Assist in office tasks when needed.
- Performs any other duties assigned by management.

- Ability in effective communication and interpersonal skills with public and coworkers
- Ability to accurately complete tasks
- Ability to understand and assimilate new information quickly
- Demonstrates appropriate understanding of working with confidential information
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, INCLUDING TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in an office setting of at least three (3) years and/or formal office training.
- High level of experience and proficiency with technology. (i.e. software, laptop, etc.)
