Rogue Community Health is looking for an Employee Relations Coordinator who brings care, consistency, and a collaborative spirit to everything they do. In this role, you will serve as a trusted, approachable point of contact for employees and leaders, helping ensure a positive and supportive workplace experience. The Employee Relations Coordinator position will specialize in a broad range of responsibilities including but not limited to protected leave administration, benefits coordination, and employee relations activities. This is a full-time position for someone who is passionate, not only about HR, but for making a positive impact and serving our community.

  • Excellent attention to detail, organized, and has the ability to process multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Enjoys presenting in front of all group sizes.
  • Work in conjunction with HR Coordinator.
  • Respond to the daily questions that come into the HR department.
  • Meet deadlines as assigned weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
  • Communicate effectively and timely with internal and external customers through active listening, confident written, and verbal skills.
  • Proactive, engaged team member who is excited to participate in department growth. 
  • Accurate data entry and documentation.
  • Available to answer and prioritize customer questions and requests daily.
  • Adaptable and flexible when prioritizing tasks and assignments.
  • Clear understanding of Oregon employment law and legal HR practices including FMLA, OFLA, PLO, and ADA.
  • Firsthand experience with conflict resolution and mediation.
  • Firsthand experience with protected leave programs, ADA, EEO-1 and OSHA annual reporting. Reliable and punctual attendance is a must.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • The HR department is a close-knit team that supports each other and ensures we are available to our staff.
