As our HR Manager, you’ll be the go-to champion for employee experience. From resolving workplace challenges to launching engagement programs that spark connection, your work will shape the future of our organization.
What You’ll Own
ð Drive HR programs that align with organizational and bigâpicture goals
ð Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, offering guidance on workplace practices and employee relations
ð Lead thorough, fair, and compliant investigations while ensuring consistent application of policies
ð Develop and implement creative engagement initiatives that strengthen culture and enhance the employee experience
ð Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, uncover insights, and support continuous improvement
ð Partner with Learning & Development to design, maintain, and deliver HR training materials that are accurate, consistent, and aligned with organizational standards
ð Collaborate with the HR Director to design and implement the performance management process, ensuring staff are trained and supported in best practices
What Makes You Shine:
â Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (HR certification = bonus points!)
â 5–8 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations
â A knack for coaching, conflict resolution, and building trust
â Tech-savvy with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
â Passion for inclusion, engagement, and making work better for everyone

Salary Range: $101,000 - $112,000 annually
