This high-impact role offers the opportunity to support a key member of DTNA’s Operating Committee while helping shape company culture. As Executive Assistant, you’ll manage complex scheduling, travel, and meetings, while also contributing to special projects, event planning, and presentation content. You’ll be a trusted partner who anticipates needs, solves problems, and connects teams, playing a vital role in fostering a people-first culture. We Take Care of Our Team
Position offers a starting salary range of $37 - $48 Hr. USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive at DTNA
- Provide highly competent administrative support to the Chief People Officer. Absolute confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism is a requirement.
- Our People Team department is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to multitask and confidently navigate priorities and duties; the applicant should display a high degree of flexibility as the daily routines are subject to unforeseen changes and challenges.
- Proactively manage executive's calendar - arrange and coordinate meetings by identifying priority and content.
- Monitor and manage the executive's email inbox, escalating and filing correspondence by content and priority.
- In concert with support manager, plan meetings and events; select event facilities, coordinate catering, and technical equipment as needed.
- Craft & edit communications and collaborate across subject matter experts for internal announcements in support of the Chief People Officer and executive team.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for Our People Team Town halls, and other meetings as needed.
- Manage Our People Team social intranet pages to ensure alignment and record keeping for OPT & internal customers.
- Route incoming authorization requests (contracts / purchase requests) for internal review prior to obtaining approval.
- Arrange domestic and international business travel, including air, hotel, and ground travel.
- Prepare and process expense reports, adhering to DTNA's travel policy.
- Field and route incoming phone calls as appropriate.
- Meet, greet, and interact with internal and external visitors and partners; provide hospitality and administrative support as needed.
- Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary.
- On-boarding and overall staff support. Maintain departmental distribution lists and department contact lists.
- Create Goods Receipts. Work with Controlling, vendors, and Accounts Payable to resolve billing issues.
- Prepare and process various documentation and reports, including non-disclosure agreements.
- Manage office and business needs for supplies, materials, tools, IT equipment, and other resources.
- Understand and operate meetings using virtual conferencing including Zooms and Microsoft Teams, and facilitate meetings featuring polling and breakout rooms. Lead meetings as needed.
- Foster a positive customer experience and One Team, Best Team mindset within Our People Team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge You Should Bring
- 3 years of experience; or AA degree + 1 year of experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
- Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Must be able to work efficiently, courteously, and professionally within a team environment
Exceptional Candidates Might Have
- Experience scheduling and facilitating virtual meetings
- Experience booking executive travel and processing expense reports
- Experience and interest in planning team building activities and department events
