Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Vice President of Human Resources to lead our HR department and drive our organization's strategic HR initiatives. The EVP of HR will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent. This role reports directly to the COO and requires a visionary leader who can collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Requirements
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Understand business and HR requirements from the region and coordinate solutions with HR managers within the region and with the BU Head of HR.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align HR policies and practices with business objectives.
  • Lead the HR team in executing core HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and employee development.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align HR policies and practices with business objectives.
  • Advise and support executives and managers on HR-related matters including organizational design, succession planning, and workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Oversee HR analytics and reporting to provide insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Supports synergies, standardization and best practice sharing within the region and regular benchmarking.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Lead regional HR projects, particularly in the course of further growth and expansion of the group.

Competencies

  • Proven experience as an HR executive, preferably as VP or above, with a track record of leading successful HR initiatives in a complex organization. 
  • In-depth knowledge of HR functions including talent management, organizational development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
  • Strong understanding of current HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business strategy into HR actions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Engages with stakeholders on all levels and knows how to connect them.
  • Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
