As the leader of craft labor talent acquisition at CEC you will oversee bringing in the company's greatest asset, our people. This position is hands-on and engaged daily with field and office leadership to fill open positions. This role sources, screens, and presents offers for skilled trades positions and plays a critical role in strategically ensuring we source and hire the best possible talent company-wide.
