We’re seeking a Front Desk & HR Assistant to deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience while supporting Human Resources operations. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to start a career in HR, administration, or office management.
Front Desk / Administrative Support (70%)
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors.
Answer and route incoming calls and general inquiries.
Maintain lobby appearance and manage office supply inventory.
Handle mail, packages, and deliveries promptly.
Coordinate meetings, including room setup and guest logistics.
HR Support (30%)
Assist with new hire onboarding (I-9 verification, badges, first-day materials).
Maintain employee records in ADP and Google Workspace.
Provide administrative support to the HR team.
Help organize employee engagement activities and HR communications.
Support training, compliance, and event logistics.
2+ years in customer service, administrative, or receptionist roles preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; professional and approachable.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Interest in learning HR practices and growing in the people function.
