Are you a warm, organized, and detail-oriented individual ready to serve as the first point of contact for visitors while supporting HR operations? As our Guest Services and HR Assistant, you’ll provide front-facing hospitality and administrative support that ensures a welcoming, efficient, and professional environment for staff, guests, and ministry partners.

In this role, you won’t just greet visitors—you’ll actively support HR and administrative functions, contributing directly to a Christ-centered, mission-driven workplace.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome Visitors with Excellence: Warmly greet all incoming visitors, vendors, candidates, and staff, ensuring a professional and hospitable first impression.
  • Manage Front Desk Operations: Answer and transfer calls to the appropriate departments or personnel, maintain the lobby, manage inventory, and oversee office supplies.
  • Support Shipping and Administrative Tasks: Assist with shipping and receiving, petty cash, gift cards, donations, and other front-desk responsibilities.
  • Coordinate Spaces and Tours: Manage conference room schedules and serve as the ODBM tour coordinator, ensuring smooth logistics for all events and visits.
  • Provide HR Administrative Support: Assist HR Operations and Talent Management & Development with scheduling, orientations, interviews, events, and other administrative tasks.
  • Promote a Christ-Centered Culture: Positively contribute to the ministry’s culture, model Christ-centered behavior, and influence the workplace by example.
  • Support Ministry Operations: Follow employment policies, foster diversity, maintain a safe and healthy work environment, and perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

  • Education & Experience
     High school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in administrative support, reception, or other front-facing roles. Coursework or an associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization & Attention to Detail: Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and care in all tasks.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
