The Role

We are seeking a hands-on, entrepreneurial Head of People to lead People Ops, Talent, Culture, and Org Development. You’ll be a partner to leadership, help design scalable systems, and support high-velocity execution.

This is not a 9-5 role. We’re looking for a dynamic leader who::

Key Responsibilities

Talent Strategy & Hiring

  • Own and optimize the end-to-end hiring process to attract top-tier talent
  • Build robust talent pipelines to fuel rapid growth and high performance
  • Collaborate with leadership to design agile, high-impact organizational structures

Performance & Development

  • Develop a cutting-edge performance framework (KPI/OKR-driven) with clear feedback loops and merit-based promotions
  • Create innovative learning, development, and coaching programs to empower and elevate our team
  • Drive a culture of continuous growth and professional excellence

Culture & Engagement

  • Cultivate a vibrant, values-driven culture rooted in ownership, creativity, and accountability
  • Lead initiatives for team rituals, recognition, and engagement to foster a sense of belonging
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion to build a thriving, inclusive workplace

People Operations

  • Streamline HR systems, including onboarding, benefits, and compliance, for seamless employee experiences
  • Oversee compensation reviews, equity programs, and performance cycles with transparency and fairness
  • Navigate employee relations with empathy, clarity, and a solutions-oriented approach


Who You Are

  • 7+ years of progressive People/HR leadership experience, ideally in startups or high-growth tech environments
  • Proven builder of scalable People systems in a high-growth, fast-paced company
  • Expertise in performance management, talent acquisition, and leadership development frameworks
  • Comfortable balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution—no task is too small
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence, with superior communication and stakeholder influence skills


Bonus Points

  • Experience managing remote or hybrid teams
  • Exposure to AI, tech, or financial services sectors
  • Demonstrated success in transforming underperforming teams or scaling headcount rapidly
