Your responsibilities:
- Lead talent acquisition and craft thoughtful hiring strategies aligned with business goals.
- Own and scale onboarding, people operations, and internal processes to support a growing team.
- Champion employee experience, engagement, and culture-building initiatives.
- Implement and manage People systems, tools, and vendor partnerships.
- Partner with leadership on organizational design, performance management, and retention strategies.
- Create scalable, compliant, and values-aligned processes as the company grows.
- Drive thoughtful communication and trust across a distributed, async-first team.
