Home care agency seeking an experienced HR Specialist with prior home care HR experience in New Jersey. The ideal candidate must be familiar with NJ home care regulations, onboarding, compliance, and caregiver file management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding and HR processes for home care staff

• Maintain compliant employee personnel files

• Track certifications, licenses, medicals, and trainings

• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and employee relations

• Support payroll and benefits coordination

• Ensure compliance with NJ home care regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

• Required: Previous HR experience in a NJ home care agency

• Strong knowledge of home care compliance requirements

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

• Strong communication and computer skills
