Roles & Responsibilities .

 Collection, analysis, and interpretation of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

 Prepare comprehensive reports for senior leadership, o􀆯ering actionable

recommendations.

 Predictive analytics to forecast workforce trends, attrition rates, and other key HR

metrics.

 Work closely with HRBP, talent acquisition, and other relevant stakeholders to interpret

findings and propose data-driven solutions.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HR analytics into decision-making

processes.

 Evaluate, implement, and optimize HR analytics tools and technologies to ensure the

efficient and effective analysis of HR data.

Action Points

 Understand and agree on key performance indicators (KPIs), strategic objectives, and

information needs for various HR Sub-functions.

 Design user-friendly and visually impactful leadership dashboards.

 Define and establish KPIs that align with HR and organizational objectives.

 Utilize advanced data visualization techniques to present complex HR analytics in a

clear and concise manner.

 Develop a framework for monitoring and measuring the success of HR initiatives.
