Roles & Responsibilities .
Collection, analysis, and interpretation of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Prepare comprehensive reports for senior leadership, oering actionable
recommendations.
Predictive analytics to forecast workforce trends, attrition rates, and other key HR
metrics.
Work closely with HRBP, talent acquisition, and other relevant stakeholders to interpret
findings and propose data-driven solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HR analytics into decision-making
processes.
Evaluate, implement, and optimize HR analytics tools and technologies to ensure the
efficient and effective analysis of HR data.
Action Points
Understand and agree on key performance indicators (KPIs), strategic objectives, and
information needs for various HR Sub-functions.
Design user-friendly and visually impactful leadership dashboards.
Define and establish KPIs that align with HR and organizational objectives.
Utilize advanced data visualization techniques to present complex HR analytics in a
clear and concise manner.
Develop a framework for monitoring and measuring the success of HR initiatives.
