The Human Resource Admin. will assist the Human Resource Manager with daily HR functions and possess the following skills and qualifications listed below but not limited to:
Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Duties:
Assist with new hire screening/recruiting for hourly and salary
Attendance and Disciplinary Tracking
Maintain current and new hire files
Assist with company functions (organize lunches, assist with company picnic, etc.)
Qualifications:
Prior experience/knowledge in Human Resources
Ability to maintain an high level of confidentiality
Ability to fill in for the HR Manager if needed to answer hourly and salary questions and concerns
Additional Information:
Position will start out part-time
1-2 days a week (working hours are flexible)
Compensation range is $20-$22/hr. depending on experience
