Summary:


The HR Assistant has a love for people, processes, and our products. As the HR assistant you will assist the Director of HR with talent acquisition, benefits management, and admin. You likely have a high attention to detail, you enjoy talking with new acquaintances, and you love that HR is always full of surprises. Your friends might call you a people person, but you know that helping others is your passion.

This job is part-time. Approximately 20 hours per week (required to work 15-25). Required office day is Monday from approximately 9a-3p. You may work the remainder of your hours remotely, unless you are needed in the office on another day.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred but not required
  • 5+ years of solid HR experience required.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and interviewing required
  • Ability to think strategically, problem-solve, and make sound business decisions
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee our talent acquisition funnels. Sort, cull, and organize hundreds of resumes.
  • Execute first-round interviews with potential employees
  • Coordinate calendars with candidates and hiring directors.
  • Assist the Director of HR with benefits admin, including but not limited to: health insurances, 401k, PTO policies, and more.
  • General office admin within the HR Department
  • Other duties as assigned.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • The salary for this position is approximately $25-30 per hour, based upon education, experience, and certifications.
