RiVidium Inc. (dba TripleCyber), is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support Federal agencies with processing personnel actions.
Responsibilities for this position shall include, but are not limited to:
Initiates personnel actions in the CHRIS
Codes and processes the full range of HR actions to include career-conditional, career, temporary, limited appointments, details, changes to duty stations, separations, reassignments, realignments, changes to lower grade, promotions, and other pay changes in CHRIS.
Answers requests for retroactive actions that require tracing employee’s history and applying pertinent technical references, conditions, or precedents.
Processes actions for positions in one or more pay schedules (EN, DEMO)
Processes changes for positions in the competitive service and excepted services
Maintains files and employee records, position descriptions, and other HR items.
Uploads documents to eOPFs upon processing the associated personnel action.
Requests HR records from the records center.
Qualifications for this position shall include:
Clearance Level L is required for this position. To obtain this clearance, a Five-Panel drug screening must be completed. Reimbursement for the screening will be received on the employee’s first paycheck.
2+ years of providing support to Federal agencies with processing personnel actions.
An additional 2 years of professional work experience may be substituted for an AA or formal training.
Experience coding and processing the full range of personnel actions; maintaining e-OPF; resolve a variety of personnel problems to include pay, service computation dates, incorrect data on SF-50s, etc.
