RiVidium Inc. (dba TripleCyber), is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support Federal agencies with processing personnel actions.

 

Responsibilities for this position shall include, but are not limited to:

  • Initiates personnel actions in the CHRIS

  • Codes and processes the full range of HR actions to include career-conditional, career, temporary, limited appointments, details, changes to duty stations, separations, reassignments, realignments, changes to lower grade, promotions, and other pay changes in CHRIS.

  • Answers requests for retroactive actions that require tracing employee’s history and applying pertinent technical references, conditions, or precedents.

  • Processes actions for positions in one or more pay schedules (EN, DEMO)

  • Processes changes for positions in the competitive service and excepted services

  • Maintains files and employee records, position descriptions, and other HR items.

  • Uploads documents to eOPFs upon processing the associated personnel action.

  • Requests HR records from the records center.

 

Qualifications for this position shall include:

  • Clearance Level L is required for this position. To obtain this clearance, a Five-Panel drug screening must be completed. Reimbursement for the screening will be received on the employee’s first paycheck.

  • Education: AA required
  • 2+ years of providing support to Federal agencies with processing personnel actions.

  • An additional 2 years of professional work experience may be substituted for an AA or formal training.

  • Experience coding and processing the full range of personnel actions; maintaining e-OPF; resolve a variety of personnel problems to include pay, service computation dates, incorrect data on SF-50s, etc.
