Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Entry-Level HR Assistant to join our team. This role provides essential support to the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth daily operations related to employee records, recruitment, and onboarding. Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and coordinating communication with candidates.
  • Support onboarding processes by collecting and organizing new hire documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
  • Help coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, and other documents as requested.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
