Answer over 800 plus incoming calls and 1000 plus Remedy tickets monthly.
Responsible for electronic Official Personnel Folder (eOPF), the Comprehensive Human Resources Integrated System (CHRIS), and HRConnect issues, various audits throughout the year, conducting web Time and Attendance (webTA) training, advising on webTA related issues and guidance.
Requirements
One (1) to two (2) years of experience supporting an Office of Human Resources (OHR) within the Federal government is required.
Experience includes staffing, benefits, processing, records management, etc.
Experience with the National Finance Center (NFC) payroll system is highly preferred.
High school diploma/GED is required; college degree is preferred.
