HR Assistant

We are looking for an Part-time HR Assistant!

Location: Darien, GA

Job Descriptions:

• Developing and delivering strategic HR plans that fit with the overall business direction
  
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  
• Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human-resources policies and procedures
  
• Develop and implement company policies and procedures
  
• Administer and maintain records of company equipment/assets and supplies
  
• Handle confidential matters with discretion
  
• Managing the entire hiring process, from job postings to conducting interviews and making final offers.
• Designing and managing performance evaluation systems.
• Identifying training needs across the organization.
• Ensuring the organization is in compliance with labor laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, FLSA, OSHA, etc.).

Qualifications:
• minimum working experience for any HR-related position or admin-related works
• People oriented and results driven
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
