Position Overview

Provide daily back up to Corporate Office receptionist. Maintain the proper distribution and processing of incoming/outgoing mail. Maintain proper stock of mailing supplies and assist within the HR department, as needed.

Essential Job Functions

  • Provide back-up duties to reception
  • Experience in using a multiline switchboard
  • Sort and scan employee documents into HRIS
  • Operate mail service equipment: Pitney Bowes postage machine
  • Serve as liaison for mail service and other departments
  • Sort, distribute and collect US mail, USPS, and FedEx mail within Corporate Office and Plants
  • Pick-up and deliver materials for special mailings
  • Pick up mail at Post Office
  • Deliver and pick-up interoffice and outgoing mail between Corporate and Plants
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned

Requirements

  • 2-3 years receptionist or customer service experience
  • High School diploma or G.E.D certificate
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Dependability
  • Experience multitasking
  • Problem solving
