We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Human Resources Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role plays a key part in welcoming new employees and ensuring a smooth, positive onboarding and orientation experience.

Position Details:

  • Part-time, 30 hours per week
  • Schedule may vary based on hiring and onboarding needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires
  • Coordinate and help facilitate new employee orientation
  • Ensure all required employment documentation is completed accurately and timely
  • Maintain employee files and HR records in compliance with policies
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous administrative experience desired
  • Entry-level knowledge of Human Resources practices preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
