Airrosti is seeking a part-time HR Assistant to support our HR functions including background checks, employee engagement, employee onboarding, and managing the HR budget.
Position Responsibilities:
- Complete background checks on employees as required by compliance policies
- Distribute, track, and monitor necessary trainings through HRIS system
- Support employee engagement initiatives such as employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and surveys to measure employee satisfaction.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, as needed by the HR team
- Provide administrative support as needed to the HR department (e.g., submitting expense reimbursements, filing, scheduling, etc.)
- Ad hoc projects and duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field, preferred.
- Internship or prior administrative experience in an office setting.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills including MS Excel and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits:
- $24.00-26.00 per hour depending on experience (20-25 hours per week)
