Description

This position is the central hub for the HR team.  This role will be the primary person responsible for ensuring that all processes are documented and followed. The HR coordinator will support all locations in systems, files and process administration.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain accurate employment records for all teammates at all locations using Paycom as system of record.
  • Manage pre-employment and onboarding processes and follow up of any outstanding actions with candidates and/or hiring managers
  • Conduct onboarding for new teammates including providing company overview, ensuring new hire documents are completed
  • Ensure compliance with I-9s and use of e-Verify.  Conduct I-9 audits as needed.
  • Support all translation needs including individual conversations, written materials and group meetings
  • Provide feedback on process, systems, or other improvements across HR function. 
  • Participate in set up and testing of system processes and/or new modules.  Document SOPs
  • Maintain accurate timecard records for payroll – entering leaves of absence, disability payments, etc
  • Conduct employment record audits and make adjustments, corrections as directed
  • Support team by gathering information and/or responding to various teammate inquiries
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Bi-lingual – Spanish/English Required

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

BS or AS in Human Resources Management

1-3 years of experience in HR.  Internship experience will be considered.
