You should be highly organized, able to juggle multiple priorities with confidence, and bring strong written and verbal communication skills to the table. Just as important, you must handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Location: Jenks, OK – hybrid position

Job-Specific Expectations:

• Manage HR company inbox

• Respond to basic employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and procedures

• Help ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards

• Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as needed

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes

• Collaborate with leadership and office teams to support daily HR operations

Requirement(s):

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred, or equivalent work experience

• Detailed and process orientated
