Leadership Role: Manage business operations leading a team of 20+.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 20+
  • Serve and lead in restaurant operations 35-40 hours/week
  • Learn and apply business strategies to improve organizational performance
  • Lead systems and processes that ensure consistent execution of hiring, development, and growth of the team
  • Partner with other leaders to create goals and inspire progress
  • Assist Director of Talent and Development
  • Lead development of a team of 20+
