Human Resources Coordinator: Full-Time
Based out of El Segundo
Job Summary:
This role is based out of Exer’s Home Office Location at El Segundo, CA. The Human Resource Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource processes for all Exer clinic locations. This role assists with the administration of system profiles and acts as liaison between employees and the rest of the Human Resources Team.
While this role will provide administrative support for multiple applications within HR, the HR Coordinator role will primarily focus on the administration and upkeep of HR Systems including but not limited to ADP WorkforceNow, ADP Time and Attendance, Learning Management System, and Scheduling system.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Assists with the administration of health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations.
• Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
• Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
• Conducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action.
• Assists with processing of terminations, status changes, and leaves of absence.
• Assists with recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process.
• Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the Human Resources leadership team
• Prepares photocopies; sends out mail, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.
• Files documents into appropriate employee files.
• Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
• Prepares and maintains employee files.
• Assists with the preparation and facilitation of Orientation Classes
• Maintains and audits employee data within HRIS system
• Performs regular HR systems maintenance
• Provides technical support and resolves technical issues for employees regarding HRIS, scheduling, and LMS systems
• Administers workflow management, ensuring employee status changes are processed accurately and efficiently
• Follows procedures and confidentiality policies to safeguard data and information
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
• Not Required but Preferred: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
• Not Required but Preferred: Experience with ADP Workforce Now or other HRIS systems
• At least one year of related experience is required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
